Sr. Construction Project Manager - LPOE Projects (Anticipated Opening)

Position Type: Full-time

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee Federal construction projects with GSA, with experience monitoring construction projects for Federal clients and direct accountability for project delivery.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress.
  • Review work completed and ensure it proceeds in accordance with approved drawings and specifications.
  • Evaluate contractors' requisitions, budgets, change orders, and other project documentation.
  • Prepare project status reports and recommend fund releases.
  • Review contract documents, drawings, and specifications for compliance and completeness.
  • Analyze project budgets and coordinate with the Cost Advisory group.
  • Review and comment on construction and disbursement schedules, permits, and other legal and compliance documents.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, including SOX control responsibilities where applicable.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of experience in federally funded construction projects, preferably with significant LPOE projects exceeding $100 million.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and reading architectural drawings.
  • Knowledge of construction practices, codes, and delivery methods.
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Licensure as a Professional Engineer, Registered Architect, or Certified Construction Manager is preferred.
Compensation:

The salary range for this full-time role is $130k-$170k per year, based on experience and qualifications. This range reflects base salary only and may vary.
