UMB Bank is seeking a Sr. Relationship Manager for Food, Beverage & Agribusiness to grow profitability by building and expanding commercial relationships.

You will apply credit acumen and non-credit products such as treasury management and trust to serve mid-market clients. In this remote role, you will prospect for new Commercial & Industrial business, coordinate with team members, and tailor solutions to client needs.

The Commercial Banking team actively calls on businesses that typically have annual revenue between $50MM and $500MM. The team includes relationship managers, treasury management officers and others that provide a suite of products and services that serve companies of this size. The objective of the group is earn the title of trusted advisor and help these companies grow and prosper in our community.

As the Sr. Relationship Manager of Food, Beverage & Agribusiness, you will be responsible for increasing the Bank’s profitability by cultivating new commercial relationships and the expansion/retention of existing relationships. In this role you must utilize your credit acumen and be knowledgeable in non-credit products such as treasury management, virtual card, trust, etc. Successful candidates for this role will be resilient, agile, accountable and driven.

How you’ll spend your time:

• Build your own commercial loan portfolio by prospecting for new Commercial & Industrial business.

Targeted compensation for this opening: The posted salary range reflects the broadest standard range for this role. The anticipated compensation for this specific opening is $170,000 – $257,000.

Compensation Range:

$141,354 – $207,900
