Grecian Delight | Kronos Foods is seeking a Sr. Commercial Financial Analyst to partner with Sales, Marketing, Revenue Management and Leadership from our Elk Grove Village, IL location. You will translate commercial opportunities into structured financial insights to drive margin visibility, pricing discipline, and forecasting accuracy.

The role requires 5–8+ years of relevant experience, Power BI and ERP proficiency, and advanced Excel skills. Travel up to 15% is expected as needed.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in commercial or sales.
• Experience developing dashboards in Power BI or similar BI tools.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Infor, or similar.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel with complex financial modeling.
• Experience in food manufacturing or CPG.
• Experience supporting Foodservice distribution partners.
• Experience with trade spend management and revenue growth management (RGM).
• Knowledge of SQL, Power Query, Power Pivot, or advanced data analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Analyze sales performance, pricing, margins, and profitability across customers, products, and channels.
• Develop weekly, quarterly, and monthly commercial reporting and executive dashboards.
• Perform volume, price, mix, and revenue variance analysis.
• Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and sales planning processes.
• Build financial models and business cases for pricing initiatives, new products, and customer opportunities.
• Evaluate customer and product profitability and recommend actions to improve margins.
• Track Sales Incentive Plan (SIP) performance and support commercial forecasting.
• Analyze market trends, distributor data, and competitive pricing to identify growth opportunities.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to provide data-driven recommendations that improve business performance.

We are seeking Sr. Commercial Financial Analyst to be located at our Elk Grove Village location reporting to Chief Commercial Officer. As our Sr. Commercial Financial Analyst you will be responsible to serve as a strategic business partner to Sales leadership and a key link between Finance and Commercial teams across Foodservice, National Accounts, and Retail. This role drives profitable growth by translating business opportunities into structured financial insights, ensuring strong financial discipline, clear margin visibility, and improved pricing, customer profitability, sales performance, and forecasting accuracy. Partnering closely with Finance, Sales, Marketing, Revenue Management, and Executive Leadership, the role transforms commercial data into actionable insights that support better decision‑making across the organization.

• Experience supporting Foodservice distribution partners such as Sysco, US Foods, Performance Food Group, Gordon Food Service, or similar.
• Experience with trade spend management and revenue growth management (RGM).
• Knowledge of SQL, Power Query, Power Pivot, or advanced data analytics tools.
• Ability to travel up to 15% as business needs require.

Target Base Salary:

$120,000 - $150,000 annually, plus eligibility for a 15 % annual performance bonus.
