  • · Drive modernization, migration planning, and integration of ColdFusion applications with other DISA and DoD enterprise systems.
  • · Proactively identify risks, recommend solutions, and drive resolution of technical challenges.
  • · Support implementation of DoD cybersecurity requirements, including STIG compliance, vulnerability remediation, and RMF documentation.
  • · Actively contribute to Agile planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and release planning.
  • · Support proposal efforts, oral presentations, and solution architecture during recompete and growth opportunities.
Qualifications

Required:

  • · U.S. Citizen with active Secret clearance
  • · Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • · 8+ years of ColdFusion development experience (ColdFusion 11, 2016, 2018, or later)

  • · Strong understanding of secure coding practices, DoD cybersecurity frameworks (RMF, STIGs), and vulnerability remediation
  • · Experience integrating ColdFusion applications with APIs, web services, and enterprise data sources
  • · Ability to work independently while also collaborating across multiple teams

Preferred:

  • · Prior DISA experience strongly preferred
  • · Experience on major DoD programs with government subcontractor team dynamics
  • · Experience leading modernization efforts of legacy ColdFusion systems to modern frameworks or cloud platforms
