Position Summary

The Senior Cogito BI Developer provides advanced analytic support to clinical and business areas to support operational reporting and enable insights and strategies. This role utilizes Epic's Cogito suite (including SlicerDicer, Radar, Reporting Workbench) and databases (Caboodle, Clarity) to deliver value across six domains of quality care: Effective, Timely, Efficient, Safe, Equitable, and Patient Centered. Responsibilities include designing, building, automating reports, creating dashboards, and presenting data insights to leaders and stakeholders.

Location

Remote with occasional on-site meetings.

Requirements

• Epic certification(s) required, to be obtained within three months of start date.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Management, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Cogito BI Developer or similar role.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with revenue cycle analytics.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with diverse groups.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical skills, and attention to detail.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Extensive experience with Cogito BI tools and good judgment on tool applicability.
• Passion for data and creative problem-solving.
