Job summary

Insight Global is seeking an experienced Renewable Natural Gas (RNG) Commercial Originator to drive development, negotiation, and execution of RNG-related transactions across North America. You will maximize value from RNG assets through strategic sales, long-term agreements, and monetization of environmental attributes.

The role requires deep RNG market knowledge, a strong commercial instinct, and an established industry network to structure complex transactions in a dynamic regulatory

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in energy origination, renewable fuels, environmental commodities, natural gas marketing, or related commercial roles.
• Proven history of originating and executing commercial transactions within the energy or environmental markets.
• Experience managing customer relationships and negotiating commercial agreements.
• Direct experience in RNG, biofuels, renewable fuels, environmental commodities, or carbon markets.
• Existing network of industry buyers and fuel market participants.
• Experience with environmental attribute markets, including RINs and LCFS programs.
• Familiarity with renewable fuel compliance structures and certification programs.
