United Precision Corporation (UPC) is seeking a Sr. CNC Machinist to join our Manufacturing team. You will independently set up, run, troubleshoot, and optimize CNC lathes and mills, while mentoring junior machinists and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
The ideal candidate has 8+ years of CNC experience, strong GD&T and blueprint reading skills, and a track record of delivering high-quality parts on time in a fast-paced environment.

The Senior CNC Machinist serves as a highly skilled journeyman-level machinist responsible for independently setting up, operating, troubleshooting, and optimizing CNC lathes and mills. This role serves as a technical leader within the manufacturing organization and provides mentorship to machinists at all levels while ensuring production goals, quality requirements, and customer expectations are achieved.
Work is generally performed in an office/warehouse environment with frequent interruptions and irregularities in work schedule. No special coordination beyond those used for normal mobility, handling of everyday objects and materials, and use of office equipment is necessary to perform the job satisfactorily.

Shift: 12-hour shift, 5:00 am – 6:00 pm, 3-day (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)
Pay: $34.63 – $38.48 per hour, DOE.
