We are seeking a Cloud Systems Architect with experience in cloud infrastructure to engineer and support public, private, and hybrid clouds. The ideal candidate will be proficient in cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services and Microsoft Azure.

Skills And Attributes For Success
  • Knowledge of recent updates and developments in cloud management strategies to optimize cloud benefits such as workload flexibility, scalability, and cost efficiency.
  • Collaboration with the IT Security team to ensure cloud systems security of data and network resources.
  • Engineering of customer premise applications and systems interconnected with cloud resources.
  • Designing and defining system architecture for complex computer systems.
  • Determining system specifications, input/output processes, and hardware/software compatibility and security.
  • Coordinating subsystem design and total system integration; resolving program support deficiencies.
  • Developing and recommending corrective actions.
  • Providing technical guidance to database administrators and software developers.
Qualifications
  • Experience with cloud computing technology and migration of applications to the cloud.
  • Ability to build relationships with customers and team members.
  • Knowledge to integrate services and tools across networks and data processing.
  • Implementing security information and event management (SIEM) to safeguard assets.
  • Experience meeting or exceeding cloud provider SLAs, especially with AWS and Azure.
  • Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, PHP, Java, Node, and Ruby on Rails.
  • Typically a Bachelor's Degree with 6 years of relevant experience or equivalent.
