Ladders is seeking a Sr. Cloud Network Engineer for a remote role that focuses on strengthening cloud and hybrid network security across a global enterprise.

You will lead architecture delivery and segmentation initiatives, partnering with infrastructure and security teams to bolster protection, capacity, and resilience. The role requires 5+ years in network architecture, experience with micro-segmentation and zero-trust, and a Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in network architecture or design, with a focus on global infrastructure.
• Expertise in micro-segmentation tools, including policy creation and enforcement.
• Strong understanding of firewalls, WAN, SD-WAN, and zero-trust concepts.
• 8+ years of hands-on networking and network security support experience.

For our client, we are seeking a Sr. Cloud Network Engineer to join the team of a leader in the Real Estate & Construction space.

This remote opportunity is focused on strengthening cloud and hybrid network security across a global enterprise environment. The role will lead network architecture delivery and segmentation initiatives that support secure, scalable operations. You will partner with infrastructure and security teams to design and maintain controls that improve protection, capacity, and resilience.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $130,000 – $160,000 annually
