We are hiring for an engineering role in our Platform Engineering team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, a product mindset, and a hands-on approach to engineering best practices. As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will design and implement our technical architecture, software, and tooling to operate our core, mission-critical platforms. A good grasp of emerging technologies and the ability to customize them to enhance security and efficiency are essential.

Responsibilities:

• Technical Leadership: Drive individual user stories to completion, assess and mitigate risks, and document best practices for deployment and infrastructure.
• Collaboration: Work with platform and software engineering teams to identify and implement optimal cloud-based solutions.
• Quality & Security: Ensure solutions meet quality and security standards.
• Continuous Improvement: Support team goals, provide feedback, and participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle for cloud solutions.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years in cloud and DevOps fields.
• Proven ability to deliver fit-for-purpose technical solutions balancing complexity, performance, and maintainability.
• Experience with automation tools like Azure DevOps, Github, Gitlab, Terraform, Ansible.
• Knowledge of Azure/AWS SDKs, CLI, CI/CD practices, and cloud native services.
• Experience with Windows Server automation preferred.
• Understanding of git workflows, regulated industry experience preferred.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in PowerShell, Bash, Python, Golang.
• Supporting .NET, Node.js, Golang applications.
• Experience with containers, database automation, cloud cost management, networking, security, identity management, AppSec/DevSecOps tools, and GitOps methodologies.

Compensation:

Pay Range: $109,650 - $184,938 annually. This is an estimate; actual pay depends on experience, skills, and location.
