The Senior Clinical Consultant, MI - I (SCC, MI - I) has mastered technical/Clinical skills and possesses advanced product knowledge required to mentor Clinical Consultants in clinical product optimization and the onsite and remote education of Physicians, IT/Clinical Systems Administrators, Technologists, Sonographers, and other Key Operators in the use of Fujifilm’s Medical Informatics.
The Senior Clinical Consultant, MI - I shall be responsible for providing clinical consulting for the project, report configuration (CV), workflow analysis, end-to-end testing, remote or onsite training as well as go-live support to Synapse PACS/MI projects. The SCC, MI – I ensures customer satisfaction by properly managing customer expectations and driving improved product awareness and understanding.
The SCC, MI – I is the second level of local escalation for technical assessment, troubleshooting, and workflow optimization, and further escalation where needed to ensure that product integrity and performance levels meet customer expectations. Additionally, the SCC, MI – I supports sales and field service efforts in high level strategic accounts by providing clinical consultation for developing and executing customized customer solutions, special projects, and equipment demonstrations. The Senior Clinical Consultant, MI – I is responsible for leading MI Synapse Projects. Assist with TAC Support as well as mentoring Clinical Consultant, MI I and II.

Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Serve as Project lead consultant on behalf of customers and company personnel.
- Makes appropriate contacts within HCUS and at the customer site to coordinate each training event.
- Provides feedback to Customers, Sales, Field Service, Marketing, Engineering, and Product line management on equipment issues and customer concerns via written and verbal communication.
- Assesses the customer’s level of comprehension to facilitate effective on-site training and optimal product operation, utilizing validated applications, protocols, and processes.
- Provides ongoing support to resolve application related and image quality concerns on both a product and system level.
- Works closely with interpreting physicians, clinicians, and other professional staff to ensure proper and efficient operation of Fujifilm products.
- Creates, provides and maintains documentation to support customer training.
- Provides additional training and consultation at a charge, contributing to Professional Services revenue goals.
- Works with HCUS team to gain customer acceptance of the FUJIFILM Medical Systems solution.
- Participates in teaching and training customers remotely or via a travel schedule consistent with the position's requirements and the needs of HCUS customers.
- Provide clinical expertise, workflow analysis, report configuration (CV), end-to-end testing, for upgrades, and new implementations.
- Identify process changes to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable requirements of the company’s quality management system.
- Maintains effective communications and working relationships with all departments within HCUS (Service, Engineering, Integration, Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, etc.).
- Participates with Sales and Marketing staff to develop new products, services, and sales/marketing strategies. Reports any internal/external information and activities that may impact customer satisfaction and HCUS’s future business activities.
- Adheres to the Company's quality and regulatory compliance requirements and ensures that all duties are performed according to established policies and procedures.
- Maintains a safe work environment.
- Takes corrective action, where appropriate.
- Participates on internal and external committees and identifies performance improvement and strategic planning initiatives.
- Provides clinical experience, workflow analysis, report configuration (CV), end-to-end testing, for upgrades, and new implementations.
- Participates in professional organizations.
- Supports Senior and Lead Clinical Consultants with project duties within job skillset.
- Provides telephone and remote clinical support for customers, sales, and field service via the ON-Call Technical Assistance Center (TAC).
- Participates in Clinical Validations Testing for each software release to enhance release accuracy.
- All other duties as assigned by management.
- Mentors Clinical Consultant MI-I and II.
- Comply with all applicable U.S. FDA medical device regulatory requirements, applicable ISO 13485 standards, and all other laws and regulations.
- Comply with vendor credentialing requirements to access hospitals and facilities.
Qualifications:
Professional Experience:
- 5-10 years of progressive experience in medical technology, PACS administration, or healthcare; experience in Cardiology or Radiology preferred.
- Required 2 years' experience with FUJIFILM Medical System products (SYNAPSE, PACS, RIS, CV, Digital Radiography, Ultrasound, and Digital Mammography).
- Registered in one or more of the following CV credentials (preferred):
- RDCS – Transthoracic Echo, Transesophageal Echo, Stress Echo, Dobutamine Stress Echo, Pediatric Echo, Fetal Echo, ECG
- RVT – Non-invasive
- Nuclear Medicine Technologist – MPI, MUGA, PET
- RN Cardiac – Cath, Peripheral Angiography, Electrophysiology Lab, ECG
- ARRT – Radiology Technologist (preferred)
- Professional presence and ability to prioritize and manage multiple functions
- Healthcare or software/IT industry background a plus
- Medical imaging background
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to translate workflow requirements to product features
- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Education/Certification Requirements:
- Associate’s degree in computer science, engineering, or relevant field required.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or relevant healthcare field preferred.

Key Performance Indicators:

Physical Requirements:
The position may require the following physical capabilities:

Salary and Benefits:
- 85,500.00 - 106,364.00 USD (depending on experience) plus 10% bonus
