We are searching for the best talent for Sr. Clinical Account Specialist - Key Accounts to be in Orlando, Florida.

Our Cardiovascular team develops leading solutions for heart recovery, electrophysiology, and stroke, continually elevating standards of care for stroke, heart failure, and atrial fibrillation (AFib) patients.

Responsibilities include:
  • Providing expert clinical product and technical assistance and training to physicians and EP Lab Staff on the use of BWI’s systems and catheter equipment during case procedures.
  • Educating customers on all BWI products to optimize effective usage.
  • Collaborating with peers to share best practices.
  • Using consultative selling techniques to identify sales opportunities.
  • Creating awareness of BWI solutions and facilitating contact with key decision makers.
  • Maximizing customer case support through proper planning.
  • Driving collaboration and maintaining communication across teams.
  • Developing and sharing best practices with colleagues.
  • Building relationships with customers including physicians, nurses, technicians, and hospital staff.
  • Staying current on product instructions, scientific literature, and new product information.
  • Responding to requests in a high-stress environment with professionalism.
  • Engaging in diagnostic dialogue and providing mentorship.
  • Performing administrative work and maintaining compliance with safety standards.
  • Communicating issues or opportunities to management.
  • Ensuring adherence to health, safety, and environmental practices.
  • Maintaining compliance with all regulations.
  • Performing other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of relevant experience.
  • 2 years of clinical or technical experience in a healthcare setting or completion of the ACAS program.
  • Valid U.S. driver’s license.
  • Willingness to travel up to 40%.
  • Ability to work in a hospital environment and lift up to 60 lbs.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in Electrophysiology or Cardiovascular Device Industry.
  • Industry certifications such as CEPS, RCES/RCIS.
  • Experience with complex technical systems and critical care settings.
