Job description

Join to apply for the Sr. Client Success Representative role at CGS Federal (Contact Government Services).

Contact Government Services is seeking a Client Success Representative to support our team.

The position requires knowledge of general business practices, excellent communication skills, experience with technical communication methods, and a proven ability to understand and execute program initiatives. Key duties include supporting the Client Success department in identifying new opportunities, recruitment for new contract acquisition, assisting with existing client programs, and supporting the Director level with departmental needs.

This role may involve candidate sourcing, security process management, and coordination of program kickoff and sustainment. The representative will collaborate with Business Development to identify and secure new bid work, support proposal phases, and may contribute to operational project execution as a billable resource. The position primarily supports the Director level within the Client Success team.

Job duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  1. Maintaining the CRM by updating opportunity cards, assisting with pricing, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and submitting qualified candidates.
  2. Reviewing and presenting candidates to clients.
  3. Managing candidate pipelines through pre-screens, interviews, security checks, and placements.
  4. Updating and enhancing CGS Applicant Tracking Systems.
  5. Creating and maintaining core documentation and systems.
  6. Maintaining knowledge of government contracting.
  7. Supporting client relationships, communications, and growth initiatives.
  8. Creating growth opportunities with existing clients.
  9. Participating in deal crafting and business strategy, including pricing and contract terms.
  10. Assisting with onboarding new clients from successful bids.
  11. Supporting Business Development with market research, technical writing, personnel sourcing, and participating in business lifecycle phases.

Salary range: $67,500 - $97,500 per year.
