Crane Worldwide Logistics LLC is seeking a customer service professional to respond to orders, general client inquiries, invoice questions and client complaints. You will record problem areas and help resolve issues with orders, delivery dates or service.

The role may require deviation from standard procedures and involves additional duties as assigned. Our team emphasizes quality service, multi-tasking, and effective communication with clients and colleagues.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2–4 years of client service experience required.
• Professional certification may be required in some areas.

Responsibilities

• Responds to orders, client inquiries, invoice questions and complaints.
• Records consistent problem areas.
• Resolves issues with orders, delivery dates or service.
• Determines cause of problems, explains best solution, expedites corrections and follows up.
• May deviate from standard procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
