Job summary

Crane Worldwide Logistics LLC is seeking a dedicated client service professional to support customers with orders, inquiries, and invoice questions. You will track problem areas, resolve issues related to delivery dates, and expedite corrections to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include handling routine responses while occasionally deviating from standard procedures, and performing additional duties as needed to support logistics operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 2–4 years of client service experience.
• Knowledge of freight forwarding and documentation is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Expedites corrections or adjustments and follows up to ensure resolution.

• Resolves the client's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting corrections or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
