Job summary

Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. is seeking a Senior Client Service Manager to join our Commercial team. You will partner with clients, carrier partners, and colleagues to deliver tailored insurance solutions, build lasting relationships, and lead renewal strategies for complex accounts.

You’ll mentor team members, drive client success, and contribute to a collaborative, high-performing culture while navigating evolving business needs and regulatory requirements.

How you'll make an impact

As a Senior Client Service Manager, you'll be a trusted advisor to clients and a valued leader within your team. In this role, you'll take ownership of complex client relationships and renewal strategies while helping identify new opportunities to deliver value. You'll also play an important role in developing team talent, sharing your expertise, and fostering a collaborative, high‑performing culture.

Here’s how you’ll make a difference:

• Lead the renewal strategy for complex accounts, partnering with clients and internal teams to understand needs, analyze coverage, and deliver customized solutions.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen client programs by reviewing coverage gaps, claims trends, and additional services that support evolving business needs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and carrier partners through responsive communication, trusted guidance, and exceptional customer service.
• Collaborate with clients on risk management strategies, offering consultative insights and innovative approaches to help them achieve their goals.
• Support and mentor team members by sharing knowledge, providing constructive feedback, and encouraging continuous growth and development.
• Help maintain high service and compliance standards by conducting audits and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Oversee the accuracy and integrity of client and policy information within Gallagher's systems.
• Leverage technology and best practices to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and enhance the client experience.
• Successfully manage multiple priorities while delivering high‑quality results and exceeding client expectations.

About You

Here’s what you’ll bring to the role:

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5+ years of client service and/or claims management experience, or a High School degree/GED with a minimum of 10+ years of client service and/or claims management experience
• A Property and Casualty Insurance License.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• A desire to build relationships and deliver results.
• Adaptability and resilience in managing shifting priorities.
• A collaborative mindset to work with teams across Gallagher.
