Job Description
We are looking to add a Sr. Client Service Consultant to our Employee Benefits team in Omaha, NE. Offering a forward-thinking, innovative, and vibrant company culture, along with the opportunity to share your potential, there is no place like Holmes!
Essential Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of a client account including maintaining relationships at the executive level and communicating complex client strategies to partners.
- Develop and manage the scope of services for each client, including healthcare strategy and financial budgeting. Collaborate with the sales team to define responsibilities.
- Review existing insurance coverage, assess future needs, and develop growth strategies to increase revenue from existing clients and the company.
- Draft complex RFPs, coordinate responses with insurance carriers, negotiate terms, and analyze proposals.
- Prepare and deliver tailored client presentations and communications.
- Review employee communications, proposals, documents, and contracts; provide feedback to team members.
- Oversee financial budgets for clients, review financial reports, and provide updates on health plan tracking.
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of administrative, customer service, or office experience, preferably in the insurance industry.
- Active state-specific Life & Health Insurance license or ability to obtain within three months.
- Strong understanding of insurance principles, proactive task management, and ability to deliver impactful solutions.
