Holmes Murphy is seeking a Sr. Client Service Consultant to join the Property Casualty team in Minneapolis, MN. You will own and service large, complex accounts, negotiate renewals with underwriters, and advise clients on optimal insurance solutions to meet their business needs.

You will maintain client relationships through technical expertise and targeted guidance, while supporting pre-renewal meetings and cross-functional collaboration to drive opportunities.

**Job Description:**We are looking to add a **Sr. Client Service Consultant** to join our **Property Casualty** team in **Minneapolis, MN**. Offering a forward-thinking, innovative, and vibrant company culture, along with the opportunity to share your unique potential, there really is no place like Holmes! **Essential Responsibilities:*** Take ownership and lead accounts by servicing the largest and most complex accounts; Client Service Specialist and Client Service Consultant support dependent upon account size.* Demonstrates exceptional customer service and operates as an effective partner with clients to include, but not limited to: Market renewal policies and negotiate with insurance company underwriters; Reviews insurance in place and assesses future needs of client; Evaluates and recommends insurance options for clients; Maintains an awareness of complex or significant claims situations and assists in claims process management as requested, to ensure client claim issues are satisfactorily resolved.* Investigates or identifies appropriate resources to resolve complex insurance issues ensuring client and sales team satisfaction.* Maintains visibility with clients, fostering lasting relationships developed through professional and technical expertise, as well as understanding client’s business needs.* Meet with team for pre-renewal meetings on assigned accounts and development of client opportunities.* Market renewal policies and negotiate with insurance company underwriters.* Prepares client renewal reviews and applications, orders renewals, as well as the completion of required documents.* Manages various complex insurance plans such as loss sensitive risk funding plans, and associated loss development and loss forecasting.* Accountable for account accuracy by ensuring that on-line customer information, as well as items received by carriers are accurate and current to include exposure schedules, policy formats, policy endorsements, premiums, and invoicing. **Qualifications:*** Education: High school diploma; college degree preferred.* Experience: Minimum 5+ years customer service, underwriting or risk management experience in the insurance industry.* Licensing: Active state specific Property Casualty Insurance agent’s license required or the ability to acquire license within three months of hire.* Technical Competencies: Invests in understanding and applying insurance principles to consult with clients and meet their strategic needs. Compensation is based on several factors, including, but not limited to, education, work experience and industry certifications.
