Description

As a Sr. Client Service Associate, you’ll grow and maintain positive relationships with our clients, while servicing their requests by email or phone. To be successful, you'll have excellent interpersonal skills, be highly organized and have strong prioritization skills to independently balance your workload.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with client‑facing roles and communicate effectively with internal clients regarding special timing requests and routine employee data, while delivering excellent client service.
  • Ensure client needs are met by providing consolidated, timely, and complete reporting, including communication on complex plan administration procedures.
  • Review and analyze data for reasonability and accuracy.
  • Recognize and research unusual or complex situations and provide timely resolutions to business partners and clients.
  • Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the record‑keeping system and develop a working knowledge of plan, contract, and pension documents.
  • Perform other job‑related duties or special projects as required.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, plus 2+ years of related experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal, basic math, organizational, reading comprehension, interpretation, negotiation, analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Knowledge of related plan and contract documents, manuals, procedures, and company products and services.
  • Knowledge of pension products preferred.
  • Ability to balance working independently with working in a team environment and display a sense of urgency to meet customer needs and overall pension goals.
  • Good understanding of accounting and record‑keeping systems and PC applications.
  • Demonstrated Microsoft Office proficiency is required.
Preferred Skills
  • Intermediate Excel skills - VLOOKUP, data filtering, and sorting capabilities.
Salary and Benefits

Salary Range (Non‑Exempt expressed as hourly; Exempt expressed as yearly) $24.21 - $32.43 / hour.

Personal Time Off (PTO) is provided to hourly (non‑exempt) employees and provides a set amount of accrued time earned each pay period. Employees can use their PTO for vacation, personal or short‑term illness. Pension Eligible: Yes.

Work Environment: This role will be based on‑site in our Waco, TX office.
