Job summary

Willis Towers Watson seeks a Senior Client Advocate to lead strategic client relationships and casualty policy placements, across primary and excess lines. This role requires deep P&C expertise, client-focused mindset, and the ability to coordinate with diverse stakeholders to craft risk strategies and drive successful outcomes.

The position emphasizes long-term client partnerships, market knowledge, and proficiency in presenting complex concepts.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of commercial P&C insurance in a client-facing role.
• Knowledge of renewal end-to-end process steps and owners.
• Experience with management and technical oversight of Large MBR programs and complex property schedules.
• Ability to analyze coverage forms to identify gaps and advise on program design.
• Leverage relationships to tailor WTW resources and drive resolution of conflicts.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to present to groups.
• Strong project management of large, complex initiatives.
• Proficient in Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
• Travel required.
• Insurance P&C License required.

Senior Client Advocate

Qualifications

The Requirements

• Targeted 8-10+ years of commercial Property & Casualty insurance experience in a client-facing role with industry knowledge in Construction
• Knowledge of commercial insurance renewal end-to-end process steps and owners.
• Experience with management and technical oversight of Large MBR programs and complex property schedules is required
• Able to apply knowledge of coverage forms in the analysis of program design, the identification of coverage gaps, and ongoing coverage consultation.
• Able to leverage internal and external relationships to bring WTW resources and assets tailored to client needs; ability to drive conflict resolution.
• Able to interpret, analyze and present models.
• Negotiation Skills: able to develop innovative and creative solutions to do complex deals, drive consensus across internal and external stakeholders to close deals.
• Knowledge of strategy, tactics, and solutions for the client, and/or in the marketplace.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; group presentation skills, ability to drive complex/technical conversations.
• Effectively advocates for change. Provides encouragement, takes control of team projects, leads key work areas, collaborates with others, and provides clear guidance to ensure others fulfill roles effectively.
• Excellent project management skills including end-to-end oversight of large, complex, ambiguous, or multi-dimensional projects.
• Competency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Insurance P&C License required.
• Travel required.

Compensation And Benefits

Base salary range and benefits information for this position are being included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that base salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, qualifications/experience, performance in the role and potential for revenue generation.

Compensation

The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $250,000-$350,000 USD per year.

This role is also eligible for an annual short-term incentive bonus.
