We provide civil/site design and land surveying, environmental, geotechnical, construction administration & inspection, accident reconstruction, roofing/building envelope, A/V system design, troubleshooting & installation, transportation design (bridge/roadway), and specialized testing services to the construction industry.

We are seeking a Sr. Civil/Site Engineer | Project Manager to play both technical and managerial roles in the design, planning, and implementation of site civil development projects. You will leverage your expertise in site design and problem-solving skills while collaborating with institutions and municipal agencies. From concept development to final plan submission, you will be involved in every stage of the design process to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance.

• You will act as the Design Lead and/or manage all aspects of projects, including design/study development and site/field visits during design and construction.

Responsibilities:

• Act as Design Lead and/or Project Manager for Civil/Site Development Design projects:
  • Collaborate with teams and clients to develop data, conduct technical analysis, and prepare permitting and construction drawings, specifications, and quality control plans.
  • Develop Concept, Layout, Preliminary, and Final Engineering Plans.
  • Develop and oversee erosion/sediment control plans and utility/utility relocation plans.
  • Manage permit applications.

• Serve as the technical expert in site layout, utility and grading plans, stormwater analyses, reports, and site development permits.
• Perform or oversee civil engineering and numerical analyses using various software programs.

• Determine hydrology, develop hydraulic/drainage and stormwater calculations, SWPPPs, and obtain NPDES permits.

• Participate in field observations and inspections of construction activities, focusing on problem-solving scenarios.
• Communicate with clients regarding deliverables.
• Develop or oversee project proposals and cost estimates.
• Manage schedules, budgets, and quality of work.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Extensive knowledge of Civil Engineering principles and Project Management.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D for Civil/Site Design projects.
• Excellent customer service skills, professionalism, and comfort with client interaction.
• Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining quality.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Teamwork and reliability.
• Quality-minded and client-focused.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of Civil/Site Design experience.
• PE licensure is required.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
