The Job:

As a Sr. Channel Manager, you'll be part of our Channel Marketing team working remotely. Your responsibilities include:

  1. Directing strategic marketing activities to meet business plans, overseeing profitability, promotion, pricing, merchandising, and new product plans within PTG/HTS channels.
  2. Leading cross-functional collaboration with Commercial, Product, Brand, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to develop growth initiatives.
  3. Presenting new products, merchandising, promotional strategies, and executing market communication plans and launches.
  4. Reviewing brand and merchandising messaging for alignment with channel strategy and customer experience improvements.
  5. Analyzing POS, inventory, market share, and competitive landscape; tracking promotional effectiveness and implementing improvements.
  6. Working closely with Sales and Finance to manage listings, sales, and profitability through various strategies.
  7. Making sound business decisions to drive financial performance, understanding the channel P&L.
  8. Providing guidance to less experienced team members and leading impactful projects.
The Person:

You are eager to learn, grow, and contribute. You embrace innovation and aim to do meaningful work. You should have:

  • At least 8+ years of Product, Sales, or Marketing experience in Retail, with proven achievement in sales growth and margins.
  • Strong analytical skills with understanding of key business metrics.
  • A customer-focused, problem-solving mindset with a commitment to excellence.
  • Effective communication, project management, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience navigating complex organizations and managing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
