  • Plan, develop, and implement change management deliverables, including communication and training plans
  • Analyze process implications of change and create transition plans with key stakeholders
  • Monitor stakeholder behaviors post-implementation and reinforce adoption strategies
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 6-8 years of directly related Change Management experience
  • 3-5 years of direct Mortgage Servicing experience
  • Strong understanding of Change Management methodologies, Agile, Lean, and DevOps principles
  • Basic fluency in mixed-method research methodologies
  • High school diploma or general education; BA/BS in Business Management, Psychology, Communication, or related field preferred
Preferred Qualifications
  • PROSCI or CCMP Certification preferred
