What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  1. Perform outbound calls to obtain appropriate information and document accurately
  2. Answer inbound calls and assist customers with pharmacy-related services
  3. Contact insurance companies for benefit investigations and coverage eligibility
  4. Provide prior authorizations and appeals support
  5. Assist patients with the enrollment process for copay assistance programs

What is Required (Qualifications):

  1. High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
  2. Minimum one year of experience in medical billing, reimbursement, insurance verification, or related medical office experience
  3. Previous data entry experience (minimum three months) and ability to type 30 wpm+
  4. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  5. Must be computer savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Suite programs and soft phone systems

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

  1. Previous experience in Patient Support Services (Hub)
  2. Previous customer service experience in the healthcare field
  3. Bilingual
