  • Support the New Product Development (NPD) process by contributing to fast-paced concept-to-handoff cycles, ensuring design feasibility, manufacturability, and quality.
  • Develop component and system designs aligned with engineering best practices using various materials and manufacturing methods, including stamping, blanking, forming, fine blanking, injection and thermoset molding, die and investment casting, cold forming, extruding, and draw forming.
  • Perform detailed tolerance stack-up analysis and apply GD&T principles to ensure dimensional accuracy and compliance with functional and manufacturing requirements.
  • Work collaboratively across departments- including Testing, Manufacturing, Quality, Purchasing, and Finance to execute design projects efficiently and align deliverables with broader business goals.
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency of all design documentation, including CAD models, drawings, BOMs, and metadata within the PDM/PLM system.
