NBCUniversal in New York City seeks a Sr. Business Analyst to work within their HR technology team, focusing on SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding solutions. The role includes engaging with business partners, managing projects, and system configuration.

The Sr. Business Analyst will be responsible for executing NBCU’s strategy and work in an HR technology team focused on SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding solutions. Currently, the application portfolio includes SuccessFactors, SmartRecruiters, and ClickBoarding products, which are expected to be consolidated within a 3-5 year time frame.
Engagement with HR business partners is a critical competency of this role. Collaboration with a team of technology professionals as well as engaging with vendors and an engineering team are essential tasks to perform project and support activities. This role requires hands‑on application configuration and testing work as well as collaborating across teams to enable enhancement development, reporting/analytics and security requirements for holistic solutions.

Salary range: $85,000 - $105,000
