Job summary

Rust-Oleum Corporation in Vernon Hills, IL seeks a Sr Business Systems Analyst to analyze SAP OTC processes (order management, pricing, logistics) and translate requirements into technical specs. You will design, configure and test SAP solutions for Make-To-Stock and Make-To-Order scenarios.

The role leads IT projects, communicates issues to the team, and supports staff and users post go-live. A Bachelor's in a related field and 5 years IT experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelors in information systems, computer science, computer engineering, data analytics or related field.
• 5+ years IT experience in SAP OTC or SAP SD modules.
• Experience leading IT projects.
• Proficient in SAP SD modules: SD(FI), SD(PP), SD(MM).
• Familiar with Logistics Execution, shipping, and warehouse interfaces.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

Sr Business Systems Analyst - Rust-Oleum Corporation

Location: Vernon Hills, IL - may work remotely a portion of each week per company policy.

SAP OTC (Order-To-Cash) analysis & development in order management [mgmt], pricing, & logistics. Take initiative to determine business requirements & translate them into technical specs. Design, configure and test best-fit solutions. Participate in all phases of full-lifecycle SAP SD OTC implementations incl. Make-To-Stock & Make-To-Order scenarios. Lead IT projects. Communicates issues to supervisors & team, using effective oral & written communication skills. Work professionally with int & ext partners. Follow safety procedures & co. policies. Assist staff & users to solve software related problems.

May undergo background checks incl. drug screen.

Must have Bachelors in Info Systems, Comp Sci, Comp. Engr, Data Analytics, or rel field, and 5 years relevant IT exp.

Required skills:

• (5 yrs exp) in SAP OTC in order mgmt, pricing, and logistics;
• SAP configuration with demonstrable end results;
• SD(FI), SD(PP) and SD(MM);
• Logistics Execution (Shipping Cost, Shipping Document, Transportation Mgmt, Inbound and Outbound Delivery Processing, Picking and interface with warehouse mgmt, packing and goods issue, scheduling, Routing and Route Determination, controlling transportation processing, Bill of Lading, Warehouse Mgmt);
• Transfer of Requirement, Availability Check, Copy Controls, Credit mgmt, output mgmt, condition techniques, Third party orders, consignments;
• Material determination, listing and exclusions;
• BW reporting or custom reporting;
• Customer Master, Material Master, Pricing, IDOC, EDI, and ALE;
• Analytical, troubleshooting, and end-user support in a post go live environment;
• (1 yr exp) in lead IT projects, and Variant configuration with BOM, material variant configuration.
