Job summary

Rust-Oleum Corporation is seeking a Sr Business Systems Analyst for our Vernon Hills, IL location, with potential remote work part of the week per policy. The role focuses on SAP OTC analysis and development in order management, pricing, and logistics.

You will translate business requirements into technical specs, design and test SAP solutions, and lead IT projects across internal and external partners. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of IT experience in SAP OTC, strong SAP configuration

Qualifications

• 5+ years in SAP OTC focusing on order management, pricing and logistics.
• A demonstrable record of SAP configuration delivering end results.
• Experience with SD modules (FI, PP) and logistics execution.
• Experience with transfer of requirements, availability check, copy controls and credit management.
• Experience with BW reporting or custom reporting and with master data like Customer and Material Master.
• Analytical mindset, troubleshooting, and end-user support in a post go-live environment.
• 1+ year of leading IT projects and familiarity with BOM variant configuration.

Sr Business Systems Analyst for Rust-Oleum Corporation.

Work at our Vernon Hills IL loc, & may work remotely a portion of each week per co. policy.

SAP OTC (Order-To-Cash) analysis & development in order management [mgmt], pricing, & logistics. Take initiative to determine business requirements & translate them into technical specs. Design, configure and test best-fit solutions. Participate in all phases of full-lifecycle SAP SD OTC implementations incl. Make-To-Stock & Make-To-Order scenarios. Lead IT projects. Communicates issues to supervisors & team, using effective oral & written communication skills. Work professionally with int & ext partners. Follow safety procedures & co. policies. Assist staff & users to solve software related problems. May undergo background checks incl. drug screen.

Must have Bachelors in Info Systems, Comp Sci, Comp. Engr, Data Analytics, or rel field, and 5 years relevant IT exp.

• (5 yrs exp) in SAP OTC in order mgmt, pricing, and logistics; SAP configuration with demonstrable end results; SD(FI), SD(PP) and SD(MM); Logistics Execution (Shipping Cost, Shipping Document, Transportation Mgmt, Inbound and Outbound Delivery Processing, Picking and interface with warehouse mgmt, packing and goods issue, scheduling, Routing and Route Determination, controlling transportation processing, Bill of Lading, Warehouse Mgmt); Transfer of Requirement, Availability Check, Copy Controls, Credit mgmt, output mgmt, condition techniques, Third party orders, consignments; Material determination, listing and exclusions; BW reporting or custom reporting; Customer Master, Material Master, Pricing, IDOC, EDI, and ALE; and Analytical, troubleshooting, and end-user support in a post go live environment; and (1 yr exp) in lead IT projects, and Variant configuration with BOM, material variant configuration.
