Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Business Systems Analysis experience supporting enterprise applications and technology initiatives.
• Prior banking/financial industry experience is a requirement.
• Proficient in developing requirements, user stories, use cases, process flows, and data mappings.
• Comfort with root-cause analysis and deep dives into problems.
• Experience with APIs, web services, microservices, and enterprise applications.
• Advanced SQL experience and data validation.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS).
• Security, risk, and compliance considerations in project delivery.

A client of Insight Global is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams, leading complex initiatives that support strategic business objectives within their team supporting Anti Money Laundering and Bank Secrecy Act regulations. This role combines business analysis, technical analysis, Agile delivery, data analysis, and production support to ensure successful implementation and operation of enterprise technology solutions.

The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical and technical skills, can translate business needs into technical requirements, and effectively partners with developers, architects, QA teams, cybersecurity teams, and business partners to deliver secure, scalable, and reliable solutions.
