Responsible for leading the planning, coordination, and maintenance of the development, implementation and evaluation, of complex business applications and Revenue Cycle projects. Serves as a senior-level subject matter expert, providing guidance to junior staff, and acting as an escalation point for critical issues. Partners with leadership to align business application strategies with organizational goals and contributes to long-term technology roadmaps. Facilitates cross-department collaboration and ensures project outcomes meet enterprise-level quality and performance standards.
