Job Overview

T-Mobile for Business's (TFB) MarTech Strategy team within Marketing Ops works with marketing leaders from across the organization to build the MarTech strategy for TFB Marketing. As the Sr. Business Strategist, you will focus on evaluating, managing, and implementing new MarTech solutions, collaborating with key Marketing Ops Members and Marketing Partners. You will also track trends and competitors, delivering insights on Marketing. This role involves working closely with Product, Finance, Marketing, Technology, and Sales teams.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Lead projects: Work with internal partners to understand key MarTech issues, perform complex analyses, and influence decisions.
  2. Synthesize recommendations: Understand their impact on the business and communicate effectively.
  3. Present findings: Construct executive-level presentations, delivering complex findings clearly and visually.
  4. Analyze trends: Identify company and competitor trends impacting TFB and provide insights across the organization.
  5. Build models: Develop financial and decision-making models such as market share and business case estimates.
  6. Collaborate: Work with cross-functional partners to gain buy-in and inspire change.
  7. Communicate: Craft messaging tailored to audiences, summarizing past performance and growth initiatives.
  8. Support strategy projects: Assist project leads with ad-hoc deliverables.
Education and Work Experience
  1. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Business, Management, Economics, Statistics, or related field (Required)
  2. Master's/Advanced Degree (Preferred)
  3. 7-10 years in Management consulting, IT, or related experience requiring quantitative analysis and executive presentation skills (Required)
  4. Less than 2 years in B2B, Product Strategy, and/or Telecom (Preferred)
  5. 4-7 years in Strategy and Problem Solving (Required)
  6. At least 2 years project management experience (Preferred)
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  1. Strategy: Proactive problem solver, strategic framework use, hypothesis-driven approach (Required)
  2. Business Insight: Knowledge of business models, pricing, channel management, data analysis, financial modeling (Required)
  3. Communication: Ability to synthesize analysis into clear, executive-ready presentations and verbal communication (Required)
