Location & Work Environment: This position is based in Bellevue, WA, Overland Park, KS, or Frisco, TX. It is not remote; a hybrid model requiring at least 3 days in the office per week.

Team & Role Overview: The TFB MarTech Strategy team within Marketing Ops collaborates with marketing leaders to develop and execute the MarTech strategy. As the Sr. Business Strategist, you will evaluate, manage, and implement new MarTech solutions, track industry trends, and deliver insights. You will work closely with Product, Finance, Marketing, Technology, and Sales teams.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Lead projects by collaborating with internal partners to analyze MarTech issues, usage, and influence decisions.
  2. Synthesize recommendations and assess their business impact.
  3. Create and deliver executive-level presentations with clear and compelling findings.
  4. Identify industry and competitor trends affecting TFB and communicate insights across teams.
  5. Develop financial and decision-making models, including market share and business case estimates.
  6. Work with cross-functional teams to gain buy-in and drive change.
  7. Craft tailored messaging for different audiences, summarizing performance and growth initiatives.
  8. Support strategy projects with ad-hoc team deliverables.
Education & Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Economics, Statistics, or related field (Required)
  • Master's/Advanced Degree (Preferred)
  • 7-10 years experience in management consulting, IT, or related fields requiring quantitative analysis and executive presentation skills (Required)
  • Less than 2 years in B2B, Product Strategy, or Telecom (Preferred)
  • 4-7 years in strategy and problem-solving roles (Required)
  • At least 2 years of project management experience (Preferred)
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
  • Strategy: Proactive problem solver with strategic framing skills. (Required)
  • Business Insight: Understanding of business models, pricing, and market sizing. (Required)
  • Communication: Ability to synthesize and present analysis clearly to senior leaders. (Required)
