Location and Work Environment

This position will be located in Bellevue, WA, Overland Park, KS, or Frisco, TX. This is not a remote role; we are a hybrid environment requiring at least 3 days a week in office.

Team and Role Overview

T-Mobile for Business's (TFB) MarTech Strategy team within Marketing Ops works with marketing leaders across the organization to build the MarTech strategy for TFB Marketing. As the Sr. Business Strategist, you will focus on evaluating, managing, and implementing new MarTech solutions, collaborating with key Marketing Ops Members and Marketing Partners. You will also track industry trends and competitors, delivering insights on Marketing. This role works closely with Product, Finance, Marketing, Technology, and Sales.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Lead projects by working closely with internal partners to understand key MarTech issues, perform complex analyses, and influence decisions.
  2. Synthesize recommendations and understand their business impact.
  3. Construct executive-level presentations and present complex findings clearly and visually.
  4. Identify industry and competitor trends impacting TFB and deliver insights across teams.
  5. Build financial and decision-making models such as market share and business case estimates.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional partners to gain buy-in and inspire change.
  7. Craft messaging tailored to specific audiences, summarizing performance results and growth initiatives.
  8. Support strategy project leads with ad-hoc team deliverables.
Education and Work Experience
  1. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Business, Management, Economics, Statistics, or related field (Required).
  2. Master's/Advanced Degree (MBA – Strategy, Economics) preferred.
  3. 7-10 years in management consulting, IT, or related fields requiring quantitative analysis and executive presentation skills (Required).
  4. Less than 2 years in B2B, Product Strategy, or Telecom (Preferred).
  5. 4-7 years in strategy and problem solving, framing complex problems, and providing data-driven recommendations (Required).
  6. At least 2 years of project management experience, managing projects independently (Preferred).
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  1. Strategy: Proactive problem solver with hypothesis-driven approach and strategic frameworks (Required).
  2. Business Insight: Knowledge of business models, pricing strategies, channel management, and financial modeling (Required).
  3. Communication: Ability to synthesize analysis into clear, executive-ready communications; articulate rationale effectively (Required).
  4. Problem Solving: Critical thinking, curiosity about new technologies, and a can-do attitude (Required).
  5. Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively and overcome obstacles (Required).
  6. Project Management: Ability to plan ahead and engage others effectively (Preferred).
  7. Industry Knowledge: Understanding of wireless/telecom industry (Preferred).

Travel and Compensation

Travel required: Yes

Base pay range: $129,700 - $234,000; plus 20% bonus target.
