Job summary

Univar Solutions is seeking a Sr Business Process Analyst to drive global process excellence across the supply chain. This role will design, test, and implement streamlined processes, train users, and sustain a robust training library while influencing stakeholders for successful adoption.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s Degree or 8 years of equivalent experience, 3+ years in Supply Chain, 2+ years SAP/ERP experience, and solid Excel skills. The position is hybrid from The Woodlands, TX.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or 8 years equivalent work experience in assigned functional area.
• 3+ years of experience in Supply Chain
• 2+ years SAP/ERP experience
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel experience (pivot tables, charts, graphs)

Responsibilities

• Leads small cross functional teams to work on process improvement opportunities by participating in the design, testing and implementation of all systems and process changes.
• Develops and facilitates employee training on systems and processes including development and support of the power user networks.
• Maintains the training library ensuring all training materials stay current with business process changes and systems enhancements.
• Influences stakeholders in all levels of the organization to ensure process adoption.
• Provides Tier 2 support to all end users needing help with process or systems issues that cannot be resolved by the Power User Network.
• Solves complex problems by seeking the root cause of the issue to avoid reoccurrence.
• Utilizes reports to monitor process compliance and provide performance coaching to stakeholders as needed
• Miscellaneous tasks and projects

Desired

• Experience leading small and large training classes
• Experience performing User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
