Job description

Sr. Business Partner, Human Resources

Responsible for developing and executing a People Strategy for a business unit or site, collaborating with business leaders to align HR initiatives with overall company goals, and providing guidance on compensation, talent development, training, legal compliance, and change management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with business leaders to shape and deliver a people strategy that supports business objectives, growth, and integration priorities.
  • Partner with business and HR leaders to plan and execute people‑related integration objectives during strategic developments such as new business integration and mergers & acquisitions.
  • Oversee onboarding, support career development initiatives, and collaborate with Talent Acquisition throughout recruitment processes.
  • Support leaders and employees through complex change, ambiguity, and organizational transitions, providing guidance, clear communication, and practical tools.
  • Address employee concerns, mediate conflicts, and foster a positive work environment through effective communication and conflict resolution.
  • Create, update, and ensure compliance with company policies, laws, and regulations.
  • Provide HR advice and guidance to department leaders, leveraging HR expertise to enhance leadership effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with HR colleagues to implement strategic HR initiatives and optimize HR processes to support organizational goals.
  • Partner with relevant teams to develop, monitor, and achieve HR KPI metrics, and develop mitigation plans when needed.
  • Promote diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging through inclusive hiring practices and initiatives to engage and retain talent.
