The F5 Product Business Planning & Operations team drives essential operational support for the entire product organization. On the business planning side, we integrate strategic vision, financial management, and data analysis to optimize resource allocation, prioritize investments, and enable informed decision‑making. On the operations side, we ensure seamless alignment with key corporate rhythms and deliver impactful performance reporting.
We are seeking a results‑driven Senior Business Planning & Operations Analyst to enhance the strategic and operational performance of our product organization. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in business operations and data‑backed decision‑making to create actionable insights, improve processes, and drive efficiency. You will partner with leadership to align organizational goals, optimize resource planning, and ensure smooth planning of strategic initiatives.

Annual base pay for this position: $112,600.00 - $169,000.00. F5 maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, geographic locations, and market conditions, as well as to reflect F5’s differing products, industries, and lines of business. The pay range referenced is as of the time of the job posting and is subject to change. You may also be offered incentive compensation, bonus, restricted stock units, and benefits.
