A leading healthcare organization seeks a Data Analyst to enhance healthcare data analytics frameworks. The role focuses on improving clinical outcomes and workflow efficiencies while ensuring compliance with data engineering principles. Ideal candidates have a Master's degree in a relevant field and experience in healthcare analytics. Opportunities for remote work in select states may be available.
Develop and optimize healthcare data analytics frameworks to improve clinical outcomes and operational efficiencies across hospitals and post-acute settings. Collaborate with service line, hospital and corporate leadership to develop reports, dashboards and automated processes to streamline dataflows and workflows, increase patient throughput, quality of care and reduce administrative burden. Support research projects and consult for outside groups via data delivery and domain expertise. Will be required to use: SQL (including stored procedures, views, functions), Python, R, shell scripting, SSRS, Tableau, Microsoft Power BI, SQL Server Management Studio, Jupyter Notebooks, Microsoft Report Builder, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Power Automate, Microsoft Azure, CarePort Care Management, CarePort Referral Management, Milliman Care Guidelines, Interqual. Strong understanding of data engineering principles and HIPAA compliance. Remote work permitted in the following approved states: CT, FL, VA, TX, SC, NC, GA, MD, NJ, TN, IL.
Reqs: Masters in Comp Sci, IT or closely related field + 2 yrs exp as data analyst in multi-setting healthcare system with a focus in Case Management, Social Work and Post-Acute services.
Salary: $111,966 to $111,966.
