The Senior Information Security Officer will be a member of the Business Information Security Officer's (BISO) organization, working closely with line of business CIOs/CTOs. This role involves supporting the Real Time Communications and Productivity Team to develop a deep understanding of the business for specialized, risk-based information security discussions. It ensures a focus on the right risk priorities and provides guidance on information security topics, policies, and controls. Additionally, the role will support strategic portfolio rollouts, including M365 and AI capabilities on enterprise meeting platforms.

Required Skills

• Deep understanding of M365 and related components
• 10+ years of experience in security architecture and/or Information Security
• 5+ years of risk management experience, applying risk principles effectively
• Subject matter expertise in cloud security, virtualization, application architecture, vulnerability testing, and risk appetite development
• Experience evaluating cybersecurity controls for platforms including Cloud/SaaS/IaaS/PaaS
• Exceptional executive presentation and communication skills
• Strong influencing and problem resolution skills
• Ability to communicate effectively across varying levels of technical understanding
• Strong leadership qualities for collaboration across teams and management levels

Desired Skills

• Experience with cloud implementations in Azure, AWS, and GCP
• Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

Scale/Scope

• Cybersecurity architecture and application security background, with knowledge of Financial Service requirements
• Serve as an SME in information security for the line of business, guiding investments and compliance
• Advise on risk issues and recommend actions to manage them
• Consult on M365 Security Baselines, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and mobile security strategies
• Assess security opportunities and challenges for key initiatives, partnering to determine the best future state
• Influence collaboration across teams, ensuring user experience and security compliance
• Participate in BISO process training and monitor internal/external security trends
• Serve as a backup for support of End User Platforms and other portfolios

Pay Transparency details

Location-based pay ranges from $141,700 to $206,100 annually, with offers based on experience, education, and skills. The role is eligible for discretionary bonuses and benefits, including paid time off and resources to support employee well-being and community impact.
