The Senior Business Coach (BC) helps Amazon improve the quality of its last mile delivery network in the Americas. Specifically, BCs support DSPs in making business decisions that enable them to build healthy, sustainable businesses. As trusted advisors, Business Coaches work alongside DSPs, supporting business planning and strategy and helping owners address business and operational challenges.

About Amazon Logistics

At Amazon Logistics (AMZL), our goal is to provide customers with an incredible package delivery experience through the last mile of the order. To achieve this, we partner with a network of small independent delivery businesses (Delivery Service Providers) to deliver customer orders. Our teams ensure that millions of packages reach their final destination efficiently through continuous improvement initiatives and creative thinking.

What You'll Do

As a Senior BC, you'll oversee a portfolio of 20-40 DSP owners across Brazil. BCs support owners at different business stages, coaching on delivery quality, reliability, and advocating for DSPs by analyzing data, engaging stakeholders, and addressing issues affecting DSP experiences. You will help remove obstacles and improve financial, operational, and safety outcomes, collaborating with internal teams such as station operations, program management, compliance, legal, and finance.

The key activities include:

  1. Supporting owners in launching, ramping, and adjusting their businesses seasonally.
  2. Guiding owners through managing operational and financial issues and building scalable processes.
  3. Facilitating business reviews and providing performance insights.
  4. Driving DSP engagement through local events and programs.
  5. Identifying and implementing workflow improvements at the network level.
Key Responsibilities
  • Work strategically and tactically to prioritize and solve problems.
  • Use expertise to inform account management and design long-term solutions.
  • Navigate ambiguous environments and influence stakeholders.
  • Handle complex issues and escalations effectively.
  • Collaborate across teams and manage relationships.
  • Communicate clearly and provide constructive feedback.
  • Travel 2-3 days a week; role based in Austin, TX, with regular travel to delivery stations.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 5+ years in account, relationship, retail, or vendor management.
  • 9+ years in related fields, including small business logistics or retail management.
  • MBA or advanced graduate degree preferred.
  • Credentialed with the International Coach Federation (ACC/PCC/MCC).
  • Experience in Last Mile, operations, or small parcel packaging.
  • Experience owning or working with a small business.
