A leading consulting group is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support a client with a CRM implementation using Microsoft Dynamics. Job description

Sr. Business Analyst to support client with CRM implementation (Microsoft Dynamics)

Location : Remote (EST Hours)

Length : 4-6 Months

Must Have Skills :

  • 5+ years experience in business analysis and development on a CRM platform, ideally on Microsoft Dynamics and / or Aptify.
  • 2+ years experience working within Agile teams as well as being exposed to iterative and waterfall methodologies.
  • Excellent understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.

In this role, you will :

  • Collaborate closely with project and product stakeholders, plan, elicit, analyze, validate, document, and manage the business needs.
  • Prepare and track requirements management plan, business and functional requirement documents, user stories throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Create data flow diagram, process diagrams and project artifacts by leveraging modern tools.
  • Prepare training material and conduct internal training sessions targeting business users to demonstrate CRM functionality
  • Work with QA / business users to plan testing strategy, support user acceptance testing
  • Assist development and business teams in troubleshooting various CRM configuration and user requests
  • Support business teams in designing page layouts, custom tab components, custom dashboards, reports, email templates and workflows.
  • Work with stakeholders and project team to prioritize collected requirements.
  • Adhere to the enterprise standard requirements methodology for requirements planning, analysis and documentation.

Support the project team with Project Management capabilities including assessing the value created by solutions, evaluating the progress made against business objectives and manage the product backlog assigned.
