Job summary

NAVA Software solutions is seeking a Sr. Business Analyst for a 6-12 month engagement. This 100% remote role requires EST hours and mandates experience in financial/mortgage domains.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years of BA experience with technology teams, proficiency in requirements gathering, documentation, and strong communication skills across SDLC methodologies including Agile and Waterfall. SQL/Python and APIs experience are preferred.

• Demonstrated experience with business requirement gathering, development, and documentation
• Knowledge of capital markets and related technology
• Experience querying relational databases - SQL, Python, etc.
• Excellent verbal, written and visual communications
• Experience with Software Development Lifecycles (SDLC) including Agile, Waterfall, etc.
• Experience with Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) preferred
• Experience with project management preferred
