• Strong experience working in Agile / Scrum teams.
• Jira story creation, backlog grooming, sprint support, and story clarification.
• Close collaboration with Product Owners, Solution Architects, Developers & QA teams.

• As Is / To Be process analysis across policy, underwriting, claims, and servicing.
• Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and automation opportunities.
