As a Sr. Business Analyst on the eero Commercial Operations team, you will drive data-informed decisions across Sales Operations, Order Management, Supply Planning, and Business Development. Your role involves analyzing customer trends, forecasts, and providing actionable insights to support our diverse global partners, including ISPs, installers, retailers, and enterprises.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs to monitor sales, operations, and revenue performance.
2. Partner with Sales and Finance teams to support planning, forecasting, and business reviews.
3. Analyze large datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities in channel performance and customer behavior.
4. Provide insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
5. Collaborate cross-functionally to improve data quality and automate reporting processes.
6. Conduct ad-hoc analyses on sales, operational, and customer data.
7. Support business case development for new programs, partnerships, and markets.

Basic Qualifications

• Experience analyzing complex data and translating results into actionable insights, messages, and presentations.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Experience with CRM systems, revenue reporting, forecasting, Salesforce automation, etc.
• Proven ability to present to senior leadership.
• 5+ years in sales operations or similar roles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in high-growth tech environments.
• Business process design expertise.
• Experience defining and refining sales processes, policies, and procedures.
