Job summary

Centraprise is seeking a skilled Business Analyst with strong retail domain experience to join our technology solutions team. You will gather detailed requirements, model processes, and help oversee IT lifecycle activities to deliver systems that improve customer and operational outcomes.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in retail BA roles, expertise in use case development, and familiarity with order management, ecommerce, POS, and fulfillment systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a retail environment.
• Strong skills in process modeling, use case development and detailed requirements documentation.

Job Description

• Strong understanding and experience with various (DTC – Direct to customer/Direct to Cost) is preferred
• Proficiency with Order Management Systems, ecommerce, POS and/or Fulfillment systems is preferred
• Experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with a minimum 2 years in a retail environment
• Strong Business Analyst skills – experience with process modeling, use case development and detailed requirements documentation, with an expertise in IT systems development lifecycle
