Job summary

Capgemini is seeking an Insurance Transformation Consultant with 5–10 years of experience across underwriting, claims, policy administration, and billing. You will drive business and technology transformation initiatives for Tier 1 carriers, defining operating models and roadmaps, and leading stakeholder workshops in a global delivery context.

• 5 to 10 years of experience in the Insurance industry.

• Experience with Tier 1 insurance carriers.
• MBA or equivalent degree from a reputed Tier 1 university.

Responsibilities

• Advise insurance clients on business and technology transformation initiatives.
• Define future-state operating models and transformation roadmaps.
• Lead stakeholder workshops and design-thinking sessions.
• Conduct business process assessments and identify improvement opportunities.
