What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

• Support project managers by clarifying user experience information and creating change tickets for modifications
• Collaborate with team members, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure comprehensive business analysis documentation

What is Required (Qualifications):

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong experience in requirements gathering and documentation, with a focus on business analysis deliverables
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies, along with an increasing level of responsibility as a Business Analyst
• Proficient in using Visio or similar process mapping tools and experience with JIRA and Confluence
• Strong analytical skills for compiling, structuring, examining, and presenting large datasets effectively

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

• IIBA certification is a plus
• Experience in third-party implementations
• A willingness to learn and share knowledge, being resourceful and proactive
• Proven ability to lead tasks to successful completion
• Background in working with cross‑functional teams within a matrixed project environment
