Job Description :

Involved in assessment and resolution from a functional perspective across five domains: Customer, Supplier, Material, Finance, CSR.

  • Cross-skilling across various domains
  • Technical knowledge of systems in use
  • Single point of contact for critical incidents
  • Liaison between Business and IT
  • Executive communication: Provide comprehensive reporting on incidents and problems to executives, including root cause analysis and business metrics/KPIs impacted.
  • Sector liaison: Transition sector-related business products and applications into support with clear metrics.
  • Strategic expertise: Offer thought leadership for ongoing issue resolution and service enhancement, including operational models and automation. Track persistent or recurring issues and support business case development for permanent resolution.
  • Team leadership & SPOC: Own work intake and operations for each sector. Serve as escalation point for Food and Beverage stakeholders in the respective sectors.
  • Customer satisfaction: Identify and address support-related pain points of sector/business product leads through effective use of team resources, processes, and tools.

Leading incident management: Participate in Major Incident Management (MIM) and critical non-MIM issue investigations, performing comprehensive data lineage and impact analysis.
