Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
  • 3+ years gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements.
  • 3+ years leading requirements gathering and validation.
  • 3+ years in healthcare, with exposure to SNAP/Medicaid.
  • 1+ years managing project controls including issues, risks, scope, and schedules.
  • Experience in SDLC environments.
  • Strong stakeholder communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple demands while maintaining quality.

  • Assist with government RFP responses and SOW-related activities as needed.

We’re looking for a skilled Senior Business Analyst to support enhancement work for a public-sector health and human services initiative. This role is focused on gathering and refining business requirements, partnering closely with stakeholders, and helping deliver high-quality solutions within a collaborative project team.

Responsibilities
