Job summary

Horizontal Talent is seeking a Senior Product Analyst for a 12-month consulting engagement to transform customer, operational, and adoption data into actionable insights guiding rollout planning.

You will partner with product, clinical, and engagement teams to evaluate transplant center readiness, assess adoption drivers, and build prioritization frameworks for phased expansions.

Qualifications

  • Experience in product analysis, business analysis, or a similar data-driven consulting role.
  • Strong ability to collect, interpret, and synthesize qualitative and quantitative data.
  • Comfort working with cross-functional teams and translating insights into clear recommendations.
  • Ability to evaluate customer readiness, operational patterns, and adoption trends.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a collaborative approach.
  • Experience supporting product expansion, implementation planning, or adoption strategy.
  • Background in healthcare, clinical operations, or decision support initiatives.
  • Experience building frameworks, segmentation models, or reporting for strategic planning.
  • Familiarity with pilot evaluation and using findings to guide rollout decisions.
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and contribute to an inclusive, respectful environment.

Job description
