Join a mission-driven team supporting the expansion of a product. This 12-month Senior Product Analyst consulting opportunity offers the chance to turn customer, operational, and adoption data into actionable insights that guide future implementation planning and growth.
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and synthesize customer, operational, and adoption data to support phased expansion planning.
- Work closely with product, clinical, customer engagement, and implementation science stakeholders to evaluate transplant center characteristics, workflows, and readiness.
- Assess search behaviors, engagement patterns, adoption drivers, and barriers to inform future implementation waves.
- Develop a framework to prioritize transplant centers for upcoming rollout phases.
- Translate pilot learnings into recommendations for segmentation, onboarding strategy, success metrics, and implementation considerations.
- Provide ongoing analysis and reporting to support evidence-based decision-making and adoption measurement.
- Help ensure future expansion efforts are targeted, practical, and aligned with business and customer needs.
Skills
- Experience in product analysis, business analysis, or a similar data-driven consulting role.
- Strong ability to collect, interpret, and synthesize qualitative and quantitative data.
- Comfort working with cross-functional teams and translating insights into clear recommendations.
- Ability to evaluate customer readiness, operational patterns, and adoption trends.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a collaborative approach.
