Job Description Summary:

The role of Sr. Branded Products Portfolio Manager - Adjuvants is to provide leadership within the Branded Technologies group, including identifying marketing needs, setting pricing strategies, implementing strategies, and creating marketing support materials to enhance growth and profitability. This role also involves assisting with financial analyses and performance metrics to manage product lines and inventories.

Key Skills and Abilities Include:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Agricultural Product/Portfolio Management or related fields
  • Deep understanding of the agricultural industry, crops, technologies, and practices, including extensive market and adjuvant knowledge
  • Experience in developing successful marketing programs and collateral materials
  • Ability to develop strategic, long-term, and annual product plans for assigned branded technologies (adjuvants)
  • Expertise in growing sales and profitability for plant nutrition product lines
  • Strong support skills for tactical marketing needs and overseeing all phases of project launches
  • Skill in coordinating field input into business planning and execution
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other business tools, with a willingness to learn new tools
  • Experience analyzing product data, R&D data, and market information

  • Developing business and marketing strategies with stakeholders
  • Branding Wilbur-Ellis products and supporting sales training and data sharing
  • Collaborating on product development, registration, sourcing, and promotion
  • Providing pricing guidance and market intelligence to sales teams
  • Maintaining relationships with key suppliers
  • Identifying new product opportunities and market access points
  • Travel requirement: up to 50%
Compensation and Benefits:
  • Base salary ranges from $142,800 to $200,030, depending on location, skills, and experience. Additional benefits include annual discretionary bonus, vacation, holidays, health/dental/vision/mental health coverage, and retirement plans including up to 7% employer contribution to 401(k).
